In the event of violations, a fee of 250 euros will be charged, as well as the cost of special cleaning. Please use the designated smoking areas outside. 4. **No pets** Pets are only allowed if this has been expressly agreed in advance. Otherwise, we ask you not to bring any animals with you. 5. **Respect noise levels** Please keep the volume to a reasonable level, especially during the night. Respect the privacy and quiet of your neighbors. 6. **Waste separation** Help protect the environment and separate waste according to local regulations. Use the disposal points provided for this purpose. 7. **Appliances and facilities** Follow the instructions for use for all appliances, heaters, air conditioning and other facilities to ensure proper use. 8. **No illegal activities** Any form of illegal activities, especially prostitution, is strictly prohibited. Please adhere to the local laws and regulations. 9. **Visitor policy** If you want to receive visitors, please inform us in advance and adhere to the rules regarding visitors to the holiday apartment. 10. **Damage reporting** Please report any damage or problems to us immediately so that we can find a quick solution.
